Team Lead Langley Health Services Sumterville, FL 33585 Overview The Clinical Team Leader plays a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations within our healthcare facility. This position is responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient outcomes.

Ensures effective and efficient communication among and between departments. Provides guidance to support staff. Collaborates with Practice Manager and Senior Leadership Team to facilitate and resolve patient care issues. Assists in implementing and maintaining standards throughout the organization. Management of supplies In conjunction with Practice Manager, maintains all VFC requirements, ordering, and logs. Cover the clinic as needed. Troubleshoot equipment issues and process repairs. Track Medtox bills. Maintenance of clinical areas, exam rooms, equipment and supplies. Maintain HIPAA with confidential approach to patient information at all times. Meet requirements for continuing education credits and attend meetings for enhancement of duties as applicable for role in agency. Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Current Medical Assistant certification, LPN licensure, or Dental Assistant certification Maintain current CPR card Prefer previous experience in all areas of clinic, i.e., front office, patient care, laboratory, and general assistant duties or willing to be trained in those areas. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the use of all standard office equipment (fax, copier, multi-line phone and computer). Knowledge/understanding of various insurances and referral system. Commensurate depending on experience and license/certification.
