1910 S Ridgewood Ave , South Daytona , Fl 32119 Absolute Health Professionals is seeking skilled, reliable Caregivers , CNA , HHA & MedTech’s to work one on one with elderly patients in their home in

FLAGLER COUNTY.

The right candidate will have reliable transportation, current CNA license, be able to pass a level 2 background screening, CPR certified, have strong communication skills, experience with caregiving in the home, follow individualized care plans, and have a kind, nurturing personality with the ability to work unsupervised with our patients. Must have a ready-to-work attitude!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Personal care
• Companionship (Communication #1, enjoying life together, maybe going for a walk or reading scripture)
• Light housekeeping
• Running Errands
• Transportation using client’s vehicle or personal vehicle
• Meal planning and preparation
• Laundry
• Bathing, dressing, toileting, eating and walking with assistance, bed-bound patients
• Medication reminders
• Working with Alzheimer’s & Dementia clients

Qualifications:

• Experience providing Personal Care services to clients in their homes.
• Commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect.
• Valid driver’s license
• Active CPR certification.
• Level 2 Background Screen from the State of Florida.
• CEU’s for HIV/AIDS and Alzheimer’s/Dementia
• Able to use a smartphone to clock in and out
