Essential Functions:

Read and recordtemperature, pulse, and respiration Patient hygiene•bathing,shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toiletingMaintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment•mealpreparation, laundry, light housekeeping Follow written assignmentand instructions Complete and submit appropriate documentation

Qualifications:

Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) ofpractice At least eighteen (18) years of age Current CPRcertification and TB test

Standard Rate:
