Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Care Partner qualificationsinclude:
- Current Georgia CNA Certification
- 1 yearexperience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred but willingto train newly certified CNA Care partners
- Experience workingin an Eden Alternative community preferred
- CPR/First AidCertification preferred
- Genuine passion for working with elders
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Abilityto foster team work with fellow LPN and CNA care partners
- Gooddocumentation skills (electronic charting experience preferred)
- Strong organization and time management skills
