Caring Hands United, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Caregiver inMarietta, GA area. For this position, we welcome CNAs (CertifiedNursing Assistant) and PCAs (Personal Care Assistants) to apply. Wealso provide PCA training to qualified individuals who have atleast 6 months of personal or professional experience working withfrail older adults or disabled adults. We offer flexiblescheduling.

Duties:

This person will be able to work in our clients’ homes providingsupport with daily living tasks and personal care under thesupervision of a Registered Nurse and Staffing Coordinator. Also,caregivers must be able to travel to one or more client locationsin the community.

• Assist clients in personal care, learning skills, and performingdaily living skills
• Participates in recreational/social activities, lighthousekeeping, and grocery shopping
• May accompany clients to appointments and activities
• Observes and documents client’s behavior

Qualifications:

• 6+ months experience working in a healthcare facility or homecare is preferred
• Must be able to pass a criminal history check and a drugscreening
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of procedures performedby a Certified Nursing Assistant or be willing to be trained
