Job Responsibilities:
  • Bath/Groom/Dress
  • Provide transportation services and basic errands (pharmacy, grocery store, etc.)
  • Provide meals and conduct light housekeeping
  • Medication reminders
  • Mobility assistance
  • Toiletry assistance
  • Companionship to help seniors enjoy their interests (attending senior centers or church, playing board games or cards, reading books, watching movies, taking walks)
  • Maintain a detailed record of services provided and client’s current conditions through our online portal
  • Notify Care Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift
Job Requirements:
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Live Scan / Fingerprinting
  • Reliable transportation with insurance
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I-9 requirements.) ex: 2 forms of ID- Driver’s License or Identification/passport or Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card
  • Formal training or experience in the home care field or school for at least 6 months is desired
  • CPR/First Aid, TB test or chest X-ray required
  • CNA License desired We are certified with the National Association for Home Care & Hospice.
