Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive information. Assist with memory care activities for clients with cognitive impairments. Support clients in mobility and transfer tasks as needed. Requirements Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred but not required. Experience in assisted living or home health care settings is advantageous. Strong understanding of medical terminology and basic healthcare practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
