What You’ll Do:
Asthe CNA Instructor (RN), you will design, implement, and overseetraining programs for our team. Your expertise and guidance willempower our staff to provide high-quality care and achieve clinicalprogram objectives aligned with our mission. Your leadership willcontribute to the enhancement of our care standards, residentwell-being, and the professional growth of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop,coordinate, and deliver orientation and ongoing training programsthat ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residentsAssess training needs, develop curriculum, and implementeducational strategies Collaborate with department heads to ensuretraining aligns with regulatory requirements and best practicesProvide mentoring, coaching, and support to staff to enhance theirskills and performance Coordinate orientation of all new employeesto ensure a successful new-hire start and regulatory complianceEvaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations forimprovements Maintain accurate records of training activities andstaff certifications Drive a culture of continuous improvement andinnovation in nursing care If you are passionate about drivingexcellence locally and transforming care across the long-term careindustry, we invite you to join our team as a Staff DevelopmentCoordinator! What You’ll Bring:
Qualifications of a CNA Instructor (RN) include: Valid state RNnursing license Advanced degree or certification preferredExperience in a nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Care settingpreferred Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practicesin staff education and development Commitment to resident-centeredcare and excellence in healthcare delivery Inspirational leaderwith a focus on innovation and quality improvement Compassionateand empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursingneeds of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to workwith both Excellent communication, instructional and presentationskills Strong clinical, interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
