Summary We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at All Angel Care. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to our patients in their homes, making a meaningful impact on their lives and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in patient conditions. Provide memory care support for patients with cognitive impairments. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by following aseptic techniques. Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate lifting techniques. Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Requirements Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Experience in patient care or memory care preferred. Strong understanding of vital signs monitoring and aseptic techniques. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a healthcare team.
