Requirements:

Active CNA license (no exceptions) Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and car insurance Kindness, patience, compassion and strong communication skills Flexibility, maturity and professionalism to adapt to unique and variable nature of home care

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and attentive caregiving to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and document patient observations, ensuring any changes in health are reported to nurse supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to hygiene standards and wearing the provided proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
