THIS POSITION REQUIRES AVAILABILITY TO WORK ALL SHIFTS 7
days a week: Days, Evenings, Nights, and Overnights across 6 Georgia Counties. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, host applicant match meetings, staffing, and support visits, all under the supervision of nursing staff. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Scheduling and Staffing Office task as needed One call rotation Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Provide basic life support as needed and respond to emergency situations promptly. Help maintain a clean and safe patient environment by following infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and needs. Document patient information accurately in compliance with medical standards and HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement patient care plans and assist in medical procedures. Support the emotional well-being of patients through compassionate interaction and support. Qualifications Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent training is preferred. Knowledge of emergency medicine practices and hospital medicine protocols is advantageous. Familiarity with basic life support techniques is required. Experience in geriatrics or pediatric care is a plus. Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service.
