• Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating, while promoting independence and dignity
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates, and report any significant changes to the nursing staff
• Assist residents with mobility by aiding with transfers and ensuring the safe use of mobility aids, such as wheelchairs and walkers
• Support residents in maintaining personal hygiene and ensuring their living areas are clean, organized, and safe
• Respond promptly and sensitively to resident calls for assistance, ensuring their comfort and addressing their needs
• Facilitate social engagement by encouraging participation in activities and fostering a positive, supportive environment
• Collaborate with the nursing team to implement individualized care plans, addressing specific health and personal needs
• Observe and report any changes in the physical or mental health of residents to the nursing staff to ensure timely intervention
• Assist with feeding residents who require help, ensuring dietary needs are met according to care plans and nutritional guidelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided and resident interactions in compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, privacy, and respect in all interactions with residents and their families.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred but not mandatory
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or working with older adults is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for residents
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and infection control procedures
• Willingness to undergo training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Working Conditions:
