Start With Us | Cape Senior Home Healthcare Requirements We provide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) with our technology to serve patients in the best possible way. We require professionals who meet the following requirements: Must be actively licensed in the state of Massachusetts as a Nursing Assistant CPR or BLS Certification Physical Test and a TB Test (taken within one year) Driver’s License Prior experience as a CNA/HHA Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) Handling and serving residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals Provides quality and efficient Customer Service in a manner to ensure satisfaction. Medication Reminders. Follows infection control techniques in performing patient resident care. Observe and report signs and symptoms of changes in condition. Exchanges information necessary for quality patient/resident care. Prioritizes patient/resident activities based on current care needs. Maintains all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy.
