Schedule:
Sundays 8a-4p, Tuesdays 9a-4p, Wednesdays 9a-2p, Thursdays 7a-2p •Set client, must be able to fulfill all shifts listed above•OFF on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays Do you love caring for others & improving their quality of life? Responsibilities:
Interested applicants must be mature, motivated, compassionate, trustworthy, dependable and 100% patient centered. The responsibilities for this position include all the following: Assist with ADL’s including bathing, dressing and grooming. Assist with toileting, including use of bedpan, commode or toilet. Assist with transfers and ambulation including use of cane, walker, and wheelchair. Provide timely medication reminders and observe the client for compliance in taking medications. Document and communicate with agency supervisor any changes in clients’ behavior/mood/physical wellbeing. Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment. Perform light housekeeping duties as determined in the client’s plan of care. Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to specific dietary requirements of the client. Provide socialization, emotional reassurance, companionship and stimulation for the client including reading, walks, etc. Accompanying the client to doctors or other appointments as needed. Additional duties as needed.

All of our clients live in Bristol County or Plymouth Counties, and you get to choose which towns you’d like to work in.

PAID MILEAGE
We reimburse 62.5 cents per mile for all work-related travel.
