Nurse Aide Per Diem – Long Term Care Martha’s Vineyard Hospital Windemere Care Windemere Hospital United States, Massachusetts, Oak Bluffs Jun 20, 2025
The primary purpose of your position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment, care plan, and Windemere’s established nursing care procedures. #LI-OnSite
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Current NA Training and documentation
- Fluent in English communication, reading, writing, and speaking.
EXPERIENCE
- Geriatric and/or Long Term Care experience preferred but not required of serving the same age/type of resident population by this facility.
