HH Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated, flexible Caregivers to join our on-call team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to our participants, ensuring their well-being while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers. Assist with meal preparation and kitchen clean-up. Offer daily living support such as laundry, grocery shopping, light cleaning, and other household tasks. Document all incidents, injuries, or changes in participants’ conditions and communicate them to your supervisor. Respond promptly in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and comfort of participants.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a PCA, HHA or CNA in a similar role. Must be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. Current BLS/CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain (American Heart Association or Red Cross). Must pass a criminal background check, physical Smartphone and email access for work communications.

This includes flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends to meet the needs of our participants. Caregivers must maintain consistent availability throughout the week to ensure the branch can provide uninterrupted care services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our participants always have the support they need.
