Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Assist with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility or home. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in patient care. Qualifications Previous experience in patient service or home care is preferred. Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Experience in long-term care or memory care settings is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a clinic or operating room (OR) environment is beneficial. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
