Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant and Caregivers to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing quality care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses.

Duties:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs
• Help patients with mobility and transfers
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Assist with medical procedures as needed
• Keep patient rooms clean and organized
• Follow care plans and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Experience in social work, dementia care, home care, or patient care
• Ability to drive to different locations for patient visits
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities or autism
• Knowledge of first aid procedures
• Proficiency in behavior management techniques
