Responsibilities:

As a CNA at McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care, you will: Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene. Assist residents with walking, transportation, and transfers using gait belts when necessary. Promote resident independence and dignity. Perform basic nursing skills as directed by the Charge Nurse.

Competitive Pay:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Flexible Hours:

Part-Time:

12 – 32 hours per week

Full-Time:

32 – 40 hours per week

Position Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need: A valid unencumbered Missouri CNA License is required. A High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program is acceptable. At least 1 year of CNA experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with staff, residents, and families. Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively. Reliable transportation is required.
