• Job Overview:

• Join our team as a Staffing Coordinator where you will play a crucial role in ensuring adequate staffing levels to support our healthcare facility. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling staff members across various departments to meet the facility’s needs efficiently.

• Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing requirements and create schedules accordingly
• Coordinate shift changes, time-off requests, and last-minute staffing needs
• Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, absences, and substitutions
• Communicate effectively with employees regarding their schedules and any changes
• Monitor and adjust staffing levels to ensure optimal coverage
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing new staff members as needed

• Experience:

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in roles such as C.N.A. and/or C.M.T.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems like PCC
• Knowledge of medical documentation processes and procedures
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a dynamic setting
