Job Description
This position is for a CNA/PCA for Home Health Agency with a location in Natchez, MS and surrounding areas. Part-Time or Full-Time depending on need in the area of work assignment.
Duties will include:
Provide daily support to individuals requiring assistance; Home and community support; Depending on need of the client, may be expected to assist with feeding and hygiene; Assist client with medications; Light housekeeping; Observe clients while charting and reporting changes in condition and take any necessary action; additional duties:meal planning, preparation, and cleanup, laundry and ironing, changing bed linens, light housekeeping, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming, pet and plant care, prescription pickup, errands.
Qualifications will include:
High School Diploma or GED; CNA license preferred but not required; have current TB skin test (or ability to obtain one), and have a current clear background check (or ability to obtain one) work experience as a Home Health Nurse Aide; Possess valid drivers license; Must possess current CPR certification; Must submit to background check and drug screening.•This position is every other weekend shift. •
