This position is with the Mississippi Veterans Affairs Nursing Home located in Kosciusko, MS. Contacthumanresources@msva.ms.gov About the Position This is a time limited NS-14 position. Multiple Second-level Support Care position accountable for assisting residents with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, bed making, shaving, dressing, and other related tasks. Assists in checking vital signs, height and weight as assigned; collects and maintains records of fluid intake and output; reports on the condition of residents, and participates in rehabilitation, ambulation, and transfers. What you’ll need to be Successful Good communicator, can multitask, able to interact with patients, computer knowledge and good customer service. Preferred Qualifications Typically requires High School Diploma or high school equivalency, and 1-2 years of experience. May require a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation.
