In Home Caregiver and CNAs 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Diamondhead, MS 39525 Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients through personalized care and assistance. This role requires a blend of practical skills and emotional intelligence to foster a safe and nurturing environment. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Provide meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all interactions. Skills Proficiency in home health care practices, including patient care techniques. Experience in direct support roles within similar environments. Strong meal preparation skills tailored to individual dietary needs. Ability to assist clients with physical tasks while ensuring their comfort and dignity. Excellent cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic living space for clients. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
