About the Position
The individual chosen for this position will provide direct care services to each person living in the Lumberton Community Homes. Provide active treatment in the areas of daily living, household skills, vocational skills, communication, and physical therapy; perform cooking and housekeeping duties. Applicant must have a valid Mississippi Drivers License and a safe driving record as outlined in the Ellisville State School Manual.

Realistic expectations about the difficulty and challenges of the work. Ability to handle an often-unpredictable work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Typically requires High School Diploma or high school equivalency, and 2-3 years of experience. May require a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation.
