Job Summary Position:

Certified Nursing Assistant Schedule:

7pm-7am, PRN, four 12 hour shifts every 6 weeks.

Location:

Stroke and Neuro Unit, Forsyth Medical Center, Winston Salem, NC About the unit: Come join a 43 bed unit focusing on patients with brain anomlies, EEGs, seizures, strokes and more.

Responsibilities:

Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or GED, required.

Experience:

 One year of relevant experience, preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

Completion of NAI program, required.
Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.
Medication Safety – AME, required.
NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

Additional Skills Preferred:
