PositionSummaryThe Certified Nursing Assistant II performs specificresponsibilities under the direction and supervision of a licensednurse. Functions within the framework of the NAII listing grantedby the NC Board of Nursing. Practices within the philosophy andgoals of patient care services. In addition, the Nursing Assistantmay be utilized in the Observer Role responsible for monitoring oneor more assigned patients on a designated unit for a specified timeperiod.
