Nurse Aide I (Part-time) Position Available In Lenoir, North Carolina

• We are hiring a part-time Nurse Aide I!
• The In-Home Aide provides assistance and support to individuals in their homes who require help with daily living activities due to illness, injury, disability, or age-related needs.

The aide’s primary goal is to enhance the client’s quality of life and maintain their independence and safety in their own home. This position requires a compassionate and reliable individual with strong interpersonal and caregiving skills.

Duties include

• Assist with bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with personal hygiene, including oral care and skincare
• Assist with mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers (e.g., from bed to chair)
• Light housekeeping, including tidying rooms, laundry, and washing dishes
• Meal preparation, following dietary guidelines and preferences
• Grocery shopping and running errands
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Engage clients in social activities and conversation
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings
• Maintain records of care provided and observations
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor or family members.
