Job Description
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
- Help with mobility needs including transfers, walking, and positioning
- Take and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report changes in the clients condition to nursing staff or supervisor
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Follow infection control procedures and safety guidelines
- Support the care team in ensuring clients receive high-quality, person-centered care

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
