LNA, You Will:
  • Deliver quality care that ensures positive outcomes and keeps patients and families satisfied.
  • Provide hands-on support to meet patients’ personal needs and comfort while working within certification guidelines.
  • Assist with daily care activities and non-clinical tasks to help patients feel cared for and at ease.
  • Collect specimens for Point-of-Care (POC) testing, if allowed by your scope of practice and applicable regulations.

Educational and Vocational Requirements:
  • LNA license in good standing
  • BLS
  • Provide verification of a tuberculin skin test (TST) as required by state law or company policy (administered onsite if needed).
  • Adhere to legal requirements, standards, and policies, including compliance with the Compliance and Ethics Program, Standard/Code of Conduct, Federal False Claims Act, and HIPAA.
  • Report concerns or suspected non-compliance promptly to the supervisor, Compliance Liaison, or Compliance Officer via the Integrity Hotline.
  • Cooperate with monitoring, audit functions, and investigations.
  • Participate in quality assurance and process improvement activities as requested.
