403b with matching (fully vested) and discretionary annual core contributions! Responsibilities Performs duties within scope of license and within care plans.
Works closely with care team on providing exceptional care and services; provides adequate communication to the team responsible for the patient.
Assists patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
Assists patients using mechanical devices; using safe techniques for transfers.
Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output and exercise; queuing patient for appropriate medications. Preferred Qualifications Positive experience with complex patients with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, COPD, cancer and joint/hip replacements or end of life.
Ability to perform PT/INRs. Required Registered as Licensed Nursing Assistant with New Hampshire’s Board of Nursing.
CPR Certification.
Satisfactory criminal record.
