Service Area:
Travel between Manchester and Nashua communities we pay travel time and reimburse .625 cents a mile!

Works closely with care team on providing exceptional care and services; provides adequate communication to the team responsible for the patient. Assists patients by providing personal services, such as feeding, bathing, dressing and grooming. May assist in light housekeeping or laundry. Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output and exercise. Preferred Qualifications Positive experience with complex patients with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, COPD, cancer and joint/hip replacements. Ability to perform PT/INRs. Required High School diploma Registered as Licensed Nursing Assistant with New Hampshire’s Board of Nursing. CPR Certification. Satisfactory criminal record. Reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance.
