Responsibilities:

Assist with the administration of medications to residents as directed by licensed nursing staff. Monitor and document patient responses to medications and report any concerns. Provide support with daily living activities and ensure residents’ comfort and well-being. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care. Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA)

Requirements:

Valid Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) certification in New Hampshire. Strong communication skills and a caring demeanor. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
