Location:
Concord, NH Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized nursing care to the student, ensuring their health and safety throughout the school day. Collaborate with educational staff to facilitate a supportive learning environment. Monitor and assess the student’s medical needs, adapting care as required. Provide assistance and companionship while riding the bus with the student. Participate in a training session with school year staff to ensure a smooth transition and cohesive support.
Qualifications:
Current LPN/LVN or CNA certification. Previous experience in a school setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate and patient demeanor, particularly with students who have special needs.
