Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team in Rochester, NH for a 9-week contract assignment. This role involves working closely with nursing staff to provide quality patient care and ensure comfort and safety of residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration) Assist in turning, repositioning, and transferring patients Monitor and report changes in patients’ health status or behavior Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols

Qualifications:

Active LNA license in the state of New Hampshire BLS or CPR certification (preferred) Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-focused approach
