Greets all new admissions to the Care Center; orients patient/family to the Care Center. Ensure that patient has admission kit; follow-up on patient requests/needs, or directs requests/needs to the appropriate team member. Manage high volume of calls. Collaborates with the unit manager and care team members in providing a variety of essential clerical functions to the department.

Requirements/Skills:

High School Diploma or GED Must be Computer Literate – Microsoft Excel & Word; Knowledge of medical terminology. Previous clerical experience in MD Office or healthcare facility preferred.
