CNA’s, PCA’s, HHA’s accepted Mountain Valley Manor Adult Care Home 397 Wilbur Avenue, Kingston, NY 12401 2nd shift (3p-11:30p) and 3rd shifts (11pm-7:30am) weekends help wanted for Full Time (FT), Part-Time(PT), and Per Diem (PD) positions in personal care at Mountain Valley Manor Adult Care Home. We are a licensed NYS DOH facility located at 397 Wilbur Avenue in Kingston, NY. Mostly weekend work, some other shifts during the week may be available on 2nd, 3rd, or per diem. We are also looking for

days a week on 1st shift.

ALL COMPENSATION IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND PERFORMANCE

CNA’s, PCA’s, HHA’s all able to work at our NYS DOH Adult Care Facility We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan. Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
• Administer simple prescribed medications
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
• Collect routine specimens
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Skills
• Proven working experience as home health aide
• Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English
• Nursing and health care administration skills
• Caring and compassionate personality
• First Aid training and if not we can provide it
• Valid driver’s license Personal Care positions available are on 2nd and 3rd with weekend work included.

Full-Time, Part-time and Per Diem positions also available evenings, weekends and overnights. Background check and Covid-19 vaccine and testing are required by NYS DOH.
