Job Description:
Current CNA license,(verifiable, active, absent of disciplinary actions) CNA experiencein assisted living or with geriatrics preferred, but not required.
Some of the other responsibilities of the Nursing Assistantposition include: Performing services for the patient involvingbathing using basinless bath products, oral hygiene, care of hair,and oral feeding. CNA answering patient lights and performsservices in a timely manner that adds to the physical well-being ofthe patient CNA will be responsible for transporting patients toand from various treatment centers when necessary; assiststransporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers andwheelchairs Maintains the cleanliness of various instruments andequipment Maintains the cleanliness of various instruments andequipment such as bedpans, urinals, and wheelchairs Keeps thepatient’s room in clean and orderly condition, including making thepatient beds Must have current CPR
