We’re seeking compassionate and committed CNAs who are ready to make a difference in their work every day. Position Summary In this role, you will deliver hands-on support and basic nursing care to severe injury or illness patients, ensuring comfort and safety that align with individualized treatment plans. You’ll work in collaboration with healthcare professionals across the facility to provide exceptional patient experiences. Job Responsibilities Obtain vital signs and blood glucose readings Assis with bathing and personal hygiene Perform hourly rounding and attend to patient needs Support mobility needs by helping patients ambulate, repositioning, lifting, and utilizing assistive equipment Monitor and report changes in condition to licensed personnel Transport patients safely throughout hospital departments as needed Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Represent the organization positively, supporting its mission, ethics, and patient-centered goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license (if applicable by state) Minimum six months of experience in an acute or long-term facility preferred CPR/BLS Certification Excellent oral and written communication skills Physical ability to lift, move, or assist patients and stand/walk for extended periods EEOC Statement Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
