Afew details about the role:

Follow all care plan directives,administer direct patient care and assist residents to performdaily living activities such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, transferand move residents, and transport residents to dining rooms andvarious events and activities. Initiate resident needs, assessment,and safety by observing and reporting any changes or unusualfindings to the nurse. Coordinate with nursing team members torecord accurate vital signs as well as maintain records of ADLs.

Administer standard precautions and infection control standards byproviding a clean and safe environment. Promptly answer call lightsand on a regular basis conduct assesses resident’s needs and verifyneeds of the resident are met.
