What will I do as an employee with Redstone?
As the Clinical Team Leader for Health, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:
Leadership & Communication:
Demonstrates effective leadership by upholding core values, enforcing zero-tolerance policies, and maintaining openmunication with team members.
Clinical Leadership:
Leads Redstone’s Health team by providing clinical guidance and ensuring timely patient care. Organizes monthly interdisciplinary team meetings and participates in the Manager on Duty rotation.
Care Management:
Conducts ongoing client assessments, creates and implements individualized care plans following professional standards. Participates in the on-call schedule across multiple service departments.
Quality & Compliance:
Oversees clinical operations of Health, including documentation, care planning, and reimbursement. Ensurespliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Operations Management:
Manages treatment plans and resources to achieve patient oues. Coordinates with other disciplines, manages schedules, aligns census with budget goals, and assists with client intake/admissions as needed.
People Management & Development:
Cultivates a supportive work culture, hires and evaluates staff, and provides coaching for performance improvement. Leads staff training and development initiatives and promotes a standard of excellence across the team.

What do I need to qualify for this role with Redstone?
Registered Nurse, (BSN preferred), or Master’s prepared social worker and hold an unencumbered license to practice in Pennsylvania.
One (1) year experience in home health care/hospice/long term care.
One (1) year experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency is preferred.
Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Experience in health care accounting is preferred.
Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
