Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Utilize EMR and EHR systems to document patient information efficiently. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, particularly in long-term care and assisted living settings. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff. Engage with patients and their families to provide support and education regarding care plans. Qualifications Current CNA, RN or LPN certification Proficiency in basic life support and patient care Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings Understanding of HIPAA regulations Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including those with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer’s care

Pay:

$20.00 – $37.50 per hour
