Tallo's Job Summary: The Assistant Vice President - Nursing will support the Chief Nursing Officer and/or VP Nursing in strategic planning, quality management, performance improvement, patient satisfaction, core measures, fiscal management, and staff development programs. This role requires a SC RN license, a Master's Degree in Nursing, ten years of progressive management experience, and certification in Nurse Executive Advanced. Collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer and shared governance councils is essential to establish standards related to practice, policy, and quality.

Qualifications:
SC RN license required. Master’s Degree in Nursing required. Ten (10) years of progressive management experience with at least five (5) years experience at the director level in an acute hospital required . Certification in Nurse Executive Advanced required or ability to obtain within 24 months. Must have e xcellent written and verbal communication skills ; s trong organizational skills.
