Giving personal care including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene,shampoos and changing bed linens Assisting in dressing andundressing patients Planning and preparing nutritious meals,including shopping Assisting in feeding the patient Providingproper care and observation of patient’s skin to prevent breakdownof tissue Reporting on patient’s condition and significant changesto the Case Manager.

Qualifications:
