CNA Key Responsibilities:
Perform all duties as per SC Department of Public Health (DPH)
Promote a cordial environment for residents, families, visitors and other co-workers; assist in maintaining a “home-like” environment
Assist residents with ADLs and answer call lights
Follow the residents care plan or service plan as an instruction guide for how to take care of that resident
Report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse in change and maintain communication with the families of residents
Complete required documentation in accordance with community policies and state and/or federal regulations
Maintain residents’ living area by ensuring that it is clean, neat and orderly, and in DPH compliance
Comply with all safety and sanitary standards, rules and regulations
Required to work weekends, holidays and per resident needs
Perform other duties as assigned
CNA Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Certified Nursing Assistant CPR Certification 1-3 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant Equal Opportunity Employer
