Responsibilities:
Demonstrates responsibility and dependability in the support of clinical coordination and clinical communications during agency business hours. Responsible for taking vital signs, medical history, surgical history, past family/social history, and determines patients’ chief complaint. Documents all relevant information and treatment in the patient’s chart and schedules testing and/or referral appointments for patients. Maintains medical supply inventory and orders all medical supplies as well as provides support to front office personnel. Greets patients and visitors and handles incoming telephone calls in a friendly and courteous manner. Other duties as assigned
