This 6-week course will teach you all you need to know about being a CNA and once you graduate, you’ll have full-time employment with us here at Fleetwood Post Acute as a CNA! Fountain Inn Post Acute is a 66-bed facility located just 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, S.C. With that in mind, we offer the following to our CNAs (offered upon graduating): $16/hr. 8hr shifts Sign on bonus of $1500 (must pass your test and work full-time) Up to $2/ hr. shift differential $5,000 towards nursing school loan repayment or tuition reimbursement Medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and more PRN opportunities within our network Appreciation events throughout the year Successful CNA Trainee candidates will have the following: At least 18 years of age Reliable transportation to and from Easley, SC Compassion for an underserved population Experience as a caregiver is strongly preferred Your day to day: As a CNA, you’ll provide assistance in caring for our residents by aiding them with their activities of daily living. You’ll work under supervision of our nursing staff ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
