The Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature Provide catheter care and assist with medical procedures Perform phlebotomy as needed Maintain accurate medical documentation in electronic health record systems Assist in pediatric care and medical-surgical procedures Support nursing staff in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, nursing homes, and medical offices Skills Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical record systems Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience with pediatric care is a plus
