Graduate Assistant Position Overview:
The Jeanette C. Rudy School of Nursing & HealthProfessions is seeking a personable and highly motivated GraduateAssistant to work 20 hours each week primarily assisting withvarious operations and projects that are specific to the School ofNursing & Health Professions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble student applicant files under the supervision of theDean and Executive Assistant to the Dean.
- Input student information into the database systems.
- Place student applicant files into the correct filing cabinetlocation.
- Serve as the back up to the Executive Assistant to the Dean toprovide coverage, answering incoming phone calls, directing guests,documenting maintenance needs, etc.
- Assist with administrative projects.
- Assist with recruiting events.
- Serve as a liaison between students and advisors throughout theSchool.
- Other duties as assigned at the discretion of the Dean andExecutive Assistant to the Dean.
