Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Lifestyles to implement activities in a senior care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, memory care, and assisted living.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Activities of the Community
- Develop and implement calendars, coordinate dr. appt transportation
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
- Provide leadership in dementia care and memory care programs
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) for residents when necessary
Skills:
- Extensive experience in senior care, caregiving, and activities
- Proficiency in Senior Care Practices
- Knowledge of nursing home operations and assisted living regulations
