Primary responsibilities include:

Resident Relations:

Promote resident satisfaction and address concerns with compassion and professionalism.

CensusMarketing:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain and grow community occupancy.

BudgetingFinance:

Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and reporting to meet performance goals.

Human Resources:

Lead staffing efforts, oversee employee relations, hiring, supervision, evaluations, and benefits administration.

ComplianceInspections:

Maintain full regulatory compliance and manage all inspections and interactions with government agencies.

Executive Records:

Maintain and safeguard all executive and administrative records and reports.
